Internet Explorer 11 on the desktop in Windows 8.1 crashes when selecting an item from a drop-down list on a webpage.

For the purpose of this bug report I disabled the GPU rendering in IE11 and also disabled my main GPU thus switching to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter to eliminate any possibilities of crashes in the GPU drivers.

Here's the exception analysis from the debugger: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=dVhe6RiJ
