When downloading files with IE11, the defualt option is "Save" instead of "Save as"
It's really annoying to either click an extra time with every file you download or to move files from the download folder to the destination folders.

1) Download file
2) click arrow next to "Save"
3) select "Save as" in the dropdown menu
4) browse to desired destination folder

should be replaced by:

0) set default to "Save as" (instead of "Save")

1) Download file
2) click "Save as"
4) browse to desired destination folder

I don't know how manny times people download something per day, but at one less click per download, this thing would reduce the risk on carpal tunnel syndrome quite a bit.

Any progress on this? I download files all day in my role as a Data Manager and I need to save most of my files is different locations on my network. The default of 'save as' saves me a great amount of time each day. Earlier versions of IE had this option. I don't see how taking away an option makes a product better.
