Description

Making an HTML select that has a size attribute greater than 1 will crash IE 11 if you use onChange to change the size attribute to 1.

Works OK with onClick,

If possible you may want to change the title to "select box" or "select object". "Combobox" isn't really accurate, so I had a hard time finding this bug.
