On any site, when normally scrolling with touch I can't scroll past the top/left/right/bottom of the site (except the little bounce back animation, as it should be).
However, when I pinch zoom even only a bit, I can scroll infinitely beyond the top/left/right/bottom of the site.

Both Metro and Desktop IE11 11.0.9600.16521 on Win 8.1
Desktop: scrolling beyond top/left/right/bottom possible
Metro: only scrolling beyond top/bottom possible (maybe because of back/forward gestures)

Thank you for your feedback.

We also see the issue you describe. However, since we do not think many users will do this and the page bounces back as soon as the pinch zoom is released, we do not plan to make changes to this behavior.

We continue to welcome more feedback and look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Best regards,
The Internet Explorer Team
