The Language settings in Windows 8 and up allow users to not let websites access the language list. This is presented as a privacy option, however, the InPrivate mode does not offer this protection.

Thank you for the feedback Jan. InPrivate is not designed to obfuscate innocuous details such as the language list from websites. InPrivate primarily needs to protect client side privacy by ensuring no browsing data leaks out of inprivate sessions. For this reason we will resolve this issue as won't fix.
