Steps of reproduction:

- In IE 11 (v11.0.9600.17031), open
- Click on "Health Assessment Tools" at top right. The overlay would appear with tool controls.
- Right-clicking the overlay freezes the current IE window (not just the frame!).

If F12 dev tools is opened on the page (before freezing UI), selecting any element on the overlay also freezes IE.

Other notes:
- When the aforementioned situation transpires, the task manager also takes time (more than usual) to show up on Windows 8.1 Update 1.
- When I was developing this website, IE11 never choked like that. It seems like it is originated in the recent build.

Please fix this annoying bug.

Thank you for the feedback. This issue appears to have been fixed in Microsoft Edge November Update build 10586. We're not presently working on feature bugs in Internet Explorer outside of security-related issues.
