Description

I have three desktops, all running 64-bit W-7 (mix of Pro and HP). Two are running IE10 and one is running IE11. All have current updates. All have had their "Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Make text and other items larger or smaller" set to Medium because my vision is not great. All monitors are 4:3 ratio displays.

If I start IE11, go to "Favorites -> Organize favorites", and look at the pushbuttons at the bottom of the dialog (New Folder, Move, Rename, Delete, Close), I see that the font size is smaller than expected, in other words, these widgets are ignoring the preference setting.

Please fix this bug.

Classic IE is intended to maintain a "compatibility promise" that it will be compatible with all apps, sites, etc. as it was before. We are only making security fixes and nothing that may risk that compat promise. Thus resolving this issue won't fix.
