Description

The problem is when there are too many tabs opened and I try to close one from the far right.

Whenever I try to close the tab by clicking on 'x' that appear on each tab on mouse hover, the browser closes more than one tabs!!
The reason I noticed here is, I accidently hit mouse double clicks instead of a single click. The thing is browser accepts mouse double click as two single clicks and closes two tabs and this is causing lot of inconvenience and confusion making us to go to recently closed tabs to get unwanted closed tab.

However as the matter of fact, the tabs itself realign so quickly the width to the available free space that it brings the immediate next tab under the mouse arrow.

Thanks,

This is (yet another) complaint about: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ieinternals/archive/2013/11/20/why-does-ie-tab-resize-after-tab-is-closed.aspx

There's almost certainly a dupe on CONNECT.
