When executing a command that drops into a nested prompt under certain conditions, exiting the nested prompt leaves ISE in an inconsistent state.

I can reproduce this easily. I am ending my script with a (Start-Job) command inside a foreach loop for about 20+

This is NOT fixed. This still exists in Server 2012R2!

This is reproducible--"Already running a command. Please wait."

I usually see this when reading in a csv or other piped input and then not completely exiting debug and doing another task. Then when I return to exit--it won't.
