Access Restriction Public

Description

Database created using SQL Server management Studio Express, all default options except Restrict Access Single User. 
To try to create a table in this database, gives an error.

Thanks much for your feedback.

However, given the work that would be involved in implementing this work, and triaging against our current set of deliverables, we do not think, we would be able to get to this in the near future.

Last May, you pointed out an issue trying to use sql server management studio with the server in single-user mode. I regret to inform you that we didn't get a fix into our next release. I have scheduled this work for our next major release.
