Description

In the latest release of Management Studio 2016, conditions for Policy Based Management are having double quotes removed after saving a condition. This bug was not present in earlier versions of 2016 Management Studio, nor does it occur in versions 2012 or 2014.

Hello,

I've identified the issue and will have a fix out for this in the next SSMS 17 release. Unfortunately it was not able to make the deadline for the next SSMS 16 release though so if this is a blocking issue the only solution is to either edit Condition expressions manually via T-SQL or use SSMS 2014.
