Description

On a SQL Server with many products installed, there are many vendor databases that you really don't need to see at all (Tfs*, WSS*, ReportServer*). Even if you are responsible for backing them up, you just need to check the Jobs area. Each one of the examples I listed installs many databases. Or sometimes you are a developer and can see all the other DBs on the team even though you need just one.

Hi:

We took a look at this bug along with several others recently. Unfortunately, triaging it against other critical bugs, I do not think we would get to investigating this in the near future. However, we have taken note of this internally, and when we revisit this functionality in the future, we will try and get this resolved.

Thanks for writing in to Microsoft.

Cheers,
Sitaram
