Trying to install SQL Denali CTP 1 on a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server and after getting past the setup rules page, I receive the following error before any additional windows pop up.  This server currently has a SQL 2008 R2 install on it.

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:

This is also happening in SQL Server Denali CTP3 after installing Visual Studio 2011.
