--We have two SQL Server 2012 Business Inteligence Edition SQL Sever Instances.

--While trying to create Database Mirroring Session using the wizards in SQL Server management studio.
-- We got the following error message after connecting to the mirroring server.
SERVERNAME\INSTA12 is not a valid mirror server instance . Which must be Enterprise,Developer or standard edition of SQL Server.

-- We can take Witness servetr out or in this would be same error message we received every time.
-- As per the Edition matrix it is suppored so far as following

Feature Name Business Intelligence

Database mirroring Yes (Safety Full Only)

Sorry for hte naming confusion. The issue is fixed and will be available in Service Pack 1 of SQL Server 2012. CU1 is a roll-up of hotfixes which have already shipped to customers.

Cut from the KB article:
"... if you are not severely affected by any of these problems, we recommend that you wait for the next SQL Server 2012 service pack ..."

Just want to confirm here i went through the KB article for SQL 2012 CU1

It has been no where mentioned that it was problem with GUI and has been fixed now.
