COMPUTE clause is not allowed in database compatibility 110. References: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms144262.aspx and http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms181708(v=SQL.100).aspx.

However, SQL Upgrade Advisor does not detect this issue.

Anyone know of a "real" Upgrade Advisor that WILL inform of issues like this before we suffer "unforeseen consequences"? I have 3 instances whose databases are entirely new to me to upgrade and don't need surprises!

Hi!, thanks for writing in to Microsoft.

We took a look at this feature request and triaged it against several others and unfortunately, it did not meet the bar to be fixed. While we are closing this issue as 'won't fix', we have taken note of this internally and we will try & incorporate this request when we revisit this functionality in a future release of SSUA.
