It would be great if subscriptions could be configured to only distribute/email reports if the report contained data.  This would be useful for reports that are used for alerting (only needs to be sent when data exists).  Report that contain no data are often considered junk in users inboxes.  

Currently there is no way to do this without hacks, using custom .net code, getting the report to export to a file location then using Database Mail to email or using data driven subscriptions.  These methods are too complex for such a simple task.

I'm using the "set Include Report to invalid value (e.g. 0) to effectively cause the subscription to throw an error if no data is available based on a query that counts the rows returned" method/hack.
