If you use the connect to server dialog with SQL Server Authentication, the Username field is pre-filled with the last ADDED username, not the last USED username.

If I use a same username to log in to a server for YEARS, and then if I just once, just one single time I use another username (for example, client's) to log in to the server, that same username will ALWAYS be the suggested one and I will ALWAYS have to changed it back.
