In the Java world, Maven 2 or 3 is the de facto standard for project and transitive dependency management.

Please publish the Microsoft SQL Server Driver 4.0 jar to Maven Central.  It's so easy to do and would make so many people's lives easier that are using SQL Server from Java.

@BGCampbell, I've largely moved on from SQL & SQL Server. They should still publish it, though. Maybe Satya Nadella's new Microsoft will see fit to do so.

Nothing has happened in 2+ years. What do you think the chances are that they will get is published to Maven Central? It looks like Azure is on board with publishing to Maven Central, so maybe it is not a completely lost cause.
