WSUS installed SQL Hotfix SQLServer2008 KB2716439 (Hotfix 2861) x64 on 2/7/2013
RS Log files stop at that point.
Removed hotfix, see report attached.  Started SSRS service from SSRS Config and it started successfully.
Verified log files start up again and reporting services available from this server.
