Description

sp_validatelogin only returns Win Auth logins not present in AD. This request is to add a bit parameter that will allow the caller to return Win Auth logins that are present but disabled in AD. One possible use case is for forensic analysis when we want to completely remove a login temporarily from SQL Server while we investigate/monitor, the idea being that we may reenable it or not pending the analysis results.
