Our Client have a requirement where based on the selection of one particular filter attribute other filters gets updated with all available values for that selection. For eg: If a country is selected, then based on that selection, the states which come under that filter(country) need to reflect in the State filter.

See the attached video - we do have cross filtering. However the situation you mentioned, you specifically called out that there was 'no relationship' between the state and county table. If there is no relationship - the filter cannot possibly know how to cross filter. Creating a relationship will resolve this issue.
