Description

If you create a job with a step that has an on-success action of going to a non-existent step, when you view the job in SSMS it incorrectly shows the step's on-success action to "Go to the next step".
This is applicable to SSMS in SQL Server 2012 SP2 and 2014CTP2.

I would expect it to show the success action as pointing to an invalid step, or just the step number. Showing it going to the next step is incorrect.
