The dimension property OrderBy can have 4 values possible: Key, Name, AttributeName and AttributeKey
In the case the property ValueColumn is used (different than (none)) the problem happen if OrderBy is either at AttributeName OR AttributeKey.

If you use AttributeName OR AttributeKey. then you will get a error message. 

You cant access by Power View trough a cube by a reporting connection there you using Microsoft BI Semantic Model for Power View

The error message is impossible to understand
