Description

According to the technet, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb934049(v=sql.100).aspx, whenever TDE is enabled on a database, TDE is also automatically enabled on the tempDB database on the same instance. When querying the sys.databses DMV, is_encrypted correctly displays a value of 1 for the database where we explicility turned on TDE, but still displays a value of 0 for tempDB. If this is indeed automatically turned on for tempDB, this view should also be updated to avoid confusion.
