Running Windows on a high-resolution screen (Personaliztion - Display - Make Text or other items Smaller or Larger - Change Size of all items - Set to 150% or 200%, the SSMS dialogs are all almost unusable. The hardcoded textboxes overlap each other on the "SignIn to SQL Server" dialog and other dialogs in Object Explorer have to be stretched to be seen. After stretching the Attach - File Management dialog once, it now comes up totally unusable.

I've just bought a computer with 3200x1600 display, and know this is probably unusual currently, but these displays are becoming more popular.

BTW, SQL Server 2012 SSMS seems to handle this better, at least in the "SignIn to SQL Server" dialog.

Thanks for reporting this Bob. We are fixing the connection dialog for final release of SQL Server 2014. We will be analyzing the other high resolution issues and making a plan on how to address these moving forward.

Thank you,
