VS 2013 SDK blocked on Windows 10 - by Carlos J. Quintero
On Windows 10, when you have VS 2013 installed and try to install VS 2013 SDK, the setup is blocked with the message "Windows Program Compatibility mode is on. Turn it off and then try Setup again."
