Description

When I try and compile the code in the "Steps to Reproduce" section I get the error:

vc8_bug1.cpp(12) : error C3855: 'foo<A,B>::bar': template parameter 'C' is incompatible with this decleration

I have checked this against VC7.1 and GCC 3.4.4, both of which compile the code without any issue.
