The current Find and Replace window for the Visual Studio Shell (SSMS 2016, Visual Studio 2015, et al) is smaller and tidier than it was in previous versions. But is it better? The icons are not intuitive, and the lack of descriptive labels adds to the confusion.
Can you add a "Use classic Find and Replace" option?

***** UPDATE *****
These keyboard shortcuts will restore the "classic" Find and Replace dialogue:
CTRL + SHIFT + F
CTRL + SHIFT + H
Note that Keyboard Shortcuts can be changed:
1. On the menu bar, choose Tools, Options.
2. Expand the Environment folder, and then choose Keyboard.
3. In the Show commands containing box, enter all or part of the name of the command without spaces. ...
4. In the list, choose the command to which you want to assign a keyboard shortcut.
