Description

According to the C# specification, the following code should return "aaSystem.Object". Instead, it throws a NullReferenceException.

Hi MHarwell,

Unfortunately, we are unable to implement the fix for this problem in the current version of .Net Framework. We are however, keeping the bug so that we can consider it in the next version of the product.

We were able to reproduce the issue you are seeing. We are escalating this bug to the product unit who works on that specific feature area. The product team will review this issue and make a decision on whether they will fix it or not for the next release
