bug in _heapmin()

I found a bug in the standard _heapmin() "C" function.

Thank you very much for taking the time to report this problem. We very much appreciate your efforts in providing so detailed repro instructions.
I have been unable to reproduce this problem with Visual Studio 2008 SP1. SBH isn't something you should use in more recent versions. In fact, we have just removed this code from our codebase.
