I run as Administrator (now) and VSTraceLog.exe stop working every time that I enter in debug mode, but the Debug works.

Did you run the regsvr32 from an elevated Command Prompt (click the Command Prompt shortcut and select Run As Administrator)?

After I run regsvr32 diasymreader.dll I got the error 0x80004005.

Thanks for reporting the issue.
Perhaps the diasymreader.dll registration didn't happen during setup for some reason. Could you try registering diasymreader.dll using the following command?
