Error 80004002 (No such interface supported) in add-in when ComVisible attribute is set to False

The AssemblyInfo file of add-ins created with the add-in wizard has the following attribute:
Since add-ins for VS 2010 are managed add-ins that are not registered for COM Interop, one would think that the attribute could be changed to:
But doing this causes error 80004002 (No such interface supported) when trying to load the add-in.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a VB.NET 2010 add-in with VS 2010 Beta 1 and change the following line of the AssemblyInfo.vb from:
Then try to run the add-in.
Error 80004002 (No such interface supported)
BTW, this also happens in VS 2005 and VS 2008
