Description

(this is on behalf of a Community member)
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1140553/asp-net-httpwebrequest-date-header-workaround is looking for a way to send the Date header in an HTTP request. Although it is optional in the HTTP specification (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt, 14.18, "Date"), this header is required by the server he's trying to communicate with.
