Description

The ParameterInfo and FieldInfo classes both expose the methods GetOptionalCustomModifiers() and GetRequiredCustomModifiers() for retrieving parameters/fields that are decorated with the modreq and modopt IL tokens. Since modreq and modopt are generally applied to a type, there are certain valid parameter and field type signatures can not have their optional and required modifiers retrieved through the reflection api.

Thank you for the feedback. We don't have time to address this for .NET Framework 4, but will consider it for a future version.
