Description

Window 'Pending changes' does not remember view setting 'flat' or 'hierarchical' (folder view) when closing Visual Studio and reopening it.

Thanks for the feedback on the pending changes views. We are aware of this limitation, but we will not be able to fix it for the 2010 release at this time. In the future we are hoping to actually change the "tree" view that exists today to make it a proper tree view. At that time, we'll ensure the setting will be correctly remembered between VS sessions.

Thanks for reporting the issue.
We were able to reproduce the issue you are seeing. We are escalating this bug to the product unit who works on that specific feature area. The product team will review this issue and make a decision on whether they will fix it or not for the next release.
