Description

The 'CurrentItem' value still indicates the row that has been deleted from the datagrid.

The issue is blocking because WPF indicates to the application (thru "CurrentItem") that the deleted row is still current, making this "CurrentItem" value actually not reliable under the circumstances.

A typical scenario concerns a user who deletes a row with a context menu right click, thereby creating the misleading information in the application, making believe that that row is still "current" even if it has been deleted from the grid.
