Description

From VS 2010 (working with RC version), while opening a Solution - it now shows a progress dialog (modal). 
Now, the problem is during opening of a managed solution - we have a modal dialog to connect to specific server under which the Solution and all its files are checked in. In that dialog we take user input to provide login information.
Because of the VS 2010's progress dialog, our dialog is at the back of the modal progress dialog. So it is a deadlock situation. User can't provide login information and proceed. Unless that step is done, Solution open operation is not complete and the progress dialog keeps on running.
