Description

After auto updater installed IE8 updater KB980182, Silverlight applications that access Clipboard start crashing with AccessViolationException on calling Clipboard APIs.

You better not close this issue, because the security update has also affected other commercial products, such as the latest release of AutoCAD (AutoCAD 2011).

In order to fix the issue, we must first reproduce the issue in our labs. We are unable to reproduce the issue with the steps you provided.

Could you please attach a mini dump file and call stack to this feedback through our site to help us investigate the issue?
