When running running a test run in Microsoft Test Manager that targets an environment, the test run ends abruptly, and leaves a majority of the Test Cases (unit tests) in a Not Executed state.

This is a blocking issue, as we are unable to use VS2010 Lab Manager with this bug.

This bug has been confirmed by Aseem Bansal <aseemb@microsoft.com>, and a 'test fix' has been verified.

-         During the test run, when the testing capability is in “Running test” state, suddenly in between it goes to partially ready state before coming back to Ready state.

-         This “Not executed” behavior is observed only when the test environment contains at least one collection only role. If there is no collection only role, tests run fine.
