Standard open file dialog behavior is to save previously used path and in next time on open use it but not dialog's default.

All Visual Studio 2010 dialogs follows such behavior but Resources Editor - Add existing file - don't. It every time uses %WINDIR%\system32 on open.

Visual Studio version: 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel

This is not fixed in SP1 Beta (10.0.31118.1 SP1Rel). Is there going to be hot fix?
