Description

When I choose to Forward or Reply an email in Hotmail, a dialog box automatically appears requesting my permission to Allow or Not Allow "Silverlight.configuration. exe" to run in IE* Non-Protected zone. However the dialog does NOT respond to ANY button click (and will NOT close when clicking its "X" button). To recover I must launch Task Manager and End Internet Explorer 8.
I do have latest Silverlight update version 4.0.60129.0 installed (Windows Update history refers to Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB2495644)

This problem does NOT occur when I choose to Forward or Reply to an email in Concast's web-based email.
