std::function and std::bind are not able to work with move-only type.

This limitation makes life difficult when dealing with such type (the very useful std::unique_ptr comes to mind)

Any chance such a fix will make its way into VC10? This drastically reduces the relevance of both std::bind and std::function in any C++11 motivated context.
