After installing the TFS Power Tools March 2011 release both Sharepoint Databases and the WSS database dont get backuped by the transactional backup task.

    <Database Name="WSS_Content">MyTfsServer</Database>

* TfsDeleteOldBackup: every day 10:59 p.m.
* TfsFullBackup Task: every day at 11:00 p.m.
* TfsTransactionalBackup: at 08:00 a.m. every monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday of every week - after triggered, repeat every 02:00:00 for a duration of 12 hours.
