I wrote an Excel Interop app (WPF 4.0) that worked perfectly on every machine in the office except one. It turns out that machine's installation of Office 2010 was Click-To-Run. Once we upgraded the Office 2010 on that machine to a full MSI-based install, everything worked fine.

"Please submit this information to us within 4 business days" - if us developers submit a bug IMO its very rude for you to impose a Days Till Solution (DTS) metric otherwise you'll close as not reproducible! In Microsoft PSS this is bad form.

@MS-Moderator07, its pretty clear how to reproduce the issue. Do you expect people to send you a Virtual Machine to reproduce an issue? Seriously.
