The default parameters of floating point types in a template declaration aren't converted correctly.

Thank you for reporting this issue to Microsoft. This is a known bug in the compiler and the workaround is to specify the default in the function template definition. We regret that the severity of this bug is not high enough to include in the next release of the compiler.
