Description

When I add a CMFCRibbonComboBox control in the status bar, the popup of the combobox is not correctly displayed if it has more than 7 items AND the app is maximized.

The combobox popup is strangely displayed. Cannot use this control because of this problem. This is a BIG bug, proof there has been no testing AT ALL on this class.

Hello Pat,

Yes you are right, I was a bit rude on this comment, sorry.

Hello Pierre,

Thanks for the report and for adding the repro project. I can't help but note that your statement that this is "proof there has been no testing AT ALL on this class" is a bit hard to support, given that your scenario involves 1) using the CMFCRibbonComboBox control in the status bar, 2) making sure it has more than 7 items and 3) maximizing the application. This must be a scenario that was not part of testing.

We will investigate this bug and report back here on our findings.

I've added a small solution sample to reproduce the problem. I did not notice that no item should be selected in the combobox to reproduce the problem.
