windows 8 doesn't shut down correctly - by k88alb

Sorry for the wrong product assignment.
I downloaded the Windows 8 Developer Preview on build 8102.
There is no feedback tool and I can't seem to find a way to submit Windows 8 issues.

Doing a shutdown from the charm's settings -> power button results in a shutdown.
But, the next power on quickly shows the Windows Developer Preview screen at which point it hangs.  I have to hold the power button to fully turn off.  Then turn on again at which point I briefly see the BIOS screen (Compaq CQ60 laptop with 64-bit AMD Sempron/nVidia).  

Every time I shutdown I have to go through this.
