I had both the VS 2010 and VS 11 Preview, Everything ran great for months, I uninstalled VS 11 Preview and Installed the VS 11 Beta. I can not edit anything in the razor view with out crashing VS. I repaired the VS 11 Beta Intstallation and it still crashing. I loved VS 11 Preview working with MVC apps => I hope I can fix this with out repaving my system.

In my case the problem seems to disappear when I add this in the Web.config <appSettings> section (to solve another issue, https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/728070/vs-11-beta-broke-my-vs-10):

    <add key="webpages:Version" value=""/>

Note: Be sure to edit the right Web.config file, normally the one in the Views folder.

I uploaded my dump file (devenv_120302_100938) for review. I'm going to try uninstalling this version (Ultimate) and intalll the Pro version and see if that helps. I need to get this working so I can get back to work. Thanks, Michael

Same problem. Uninstalled VS 11 Preview and installed the VS 11 Beta. First thing I did was trying to make a change in an .cshtml file. Boom!
