Description

When you create an add-in with a satellite dll that has the "en-US" culture, in previous versions of Visual Studio you could use the AppDomain.AssemblyResolve event in the add-in to return that "en-US" satellite dll when the add-in is trying to locate the satellite dll in another language because Visual Studio is localized (in Spanish, French, etc).

In VS 11 Beta the AppDomain.AssemblyResolve event is not raised.

Hello Carlos,
you should be specifying ENU as the neutral language. For example,

In the add-in code, instead of relying on AppDomain.AssemblyResolve call being fired, the add-in should have a language neutral resource file, which would be loaded for all languages.

Something like

[assembly: NeutralResourcesLanguage("en", UltimateResourceFallbackLocation.Satellite)]

in the AssemblyInfo.cs of the main addin dll
