The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document

the issue has been affecting many people for a long time, but never have a clear solution.

We are not able to repro this issue using the project provided by you. In your symbol settings (Tools->Options->Debugging->Symbols) check if Automatically local symbols for "All modules, unless excluded" is checked.
